On Sunday 17th August 2014, despite the cancelled flypast consisting of a Spitfire and Hurrican accompanied by the BBMF and Canadian Lancaster, the Kenley’s Hardest Day Commemoration 2014 was well attended by the locals and war veterans (many of whom have made a special journey to take part in the service).

Chairman of the RAFA Kenley & Caterham branch, Mike Roach, led the commemoration service and laid a wreath on the Kenley Memorial Tribute.

Here is a selection of photos from the commemoration service. Click on an image to view a larger version.
